Welcome to the Women Entrepreneurs Enclave (WEE). By joining our community, using our website, or participating in WEE groups and services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. These terms ensure a safe, respectful and productive community experience.

Membership & Posting Rules

• WhatsApp Groups: Members are permitted one business-related post per day. Posts must be relevant and professional.
• Facebook Group: Members may make unlimited business posts, subject to pre-approval by WEE admins.
• Event Promotion: Members may organize and share events. All event posts must be pre-approved prior to promotion.
• No Group Invitation Links: Posting invites or external group links (WhatsApp/Telegram, etc.) is not allowed.
• Self-Promotion Only: Members may promote only their own business. Promotion of friends’, family’s or third-party businesses is prohibited.

Marketplace & Listings

The WEE Marketplace is a platform to showcase member products and services. Members submitting listings must:

• Provide accurate and honest information
• Ensure they have rights to use all uploaded images
• Agree that listings may be reviewed and approved by WEE admin before publication

Platform Role & Liability

WEE is a networking and promotional platform only. WEE does not act as a buyer, seller, broker, or agent. WEE does not mediate or guarantee transactions between members, and does not guarantee business, leads or results. Members are solely responsible for their own transactions.

Conduct, Moderation & Removal

Members must behave professionally at all times. WEE reserves the right to remove posts and suspend or remove members for policy violations, misconduct, spam, or inappropriate behavior.

Privacy & Data

Member profiles, listings and event details may be visible to other members and public visitors. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for complete details.

Intellectual Property & Content Use

Members retain ownership of the content they submit. However, by posting or uploading content on WEE platforms, members grant WEE a license to display, publish, and promote that content across the WEE website and groups.

Please do not upload copyrighted material without proper permission.

Disclaimers & No Guarantees

WEE does not guarantee business outcomes, promotions, visibility, or results. All interactions between members are at their own risk. WEE is not responsible for member accuracy, third-party actions, or transaction outcomes.

Changes to Terms

WEE may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of WEE services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved amicably, and if necessary, jurisdiction shall lie in Mumbai, India.
