Refund Policy

WEE – Refund Policy

Effective Date: 25 Nov 2025

Thank you for choosing to be a part of Women Entrepreneurs Enclave (WEE). Please read our Refund Policy carefully before completing your membership or making any payment on our platform.


1. Membership Fees – No Refund Policy

All membership fees paid to WEE are non-refundable.

Once a user becomes a member and payment is successfully processed:

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
  • No partial refunds, cancellations, or transfers of membership will be allowed
  • Membership cannot be paused, deferred, or transferred to another individual

WEE invests in ongoing community management, platform access, and administrative resources from the moment a member is onboarded. Hence, membership fees are considered final.

2. Event Fees

For paid events hosted by WEE:

  • Event fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by WEE.
  • If an event is rescheduled, the ticket will automatically be valid for the new date.
  • If a participant cannot attend, the fee cannot be refunded or transferred.

3. Marketplace / Member Listings

WEE acts solely as a networking and promotional platform.

  • We do not handle payments between members.
  • We do not issue refunds for any products or services purchased through member listings.
  • Any concerns, disputes, or refund requests must be resolved directly between the buyer and the seller.

WEE is not responsible for quality, delivery, pricing, or any transactions conducted between members.

4. Donations (CSR Payments)

Donations made toward WEE’s CSR initiatives are non-refundable.

Contributions are used immediately for ongoing social impact activities and therefore cannot be reversed once processed.

5. Technical Issues During Payment

If a technical payment error occurs (such as duplicate charge), refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Payment processed but account/membership was not activated

In such cases:

  • Email us within 48 hours at shreom.scs@gmail.com
  • Provide a payment screenshot, transaction ID, and mobile number

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
